Ayurvedic Yoga Massage
AYM is a treatment combining deep tissue massage with assisted stretching and breath work. This is performed on the floor to create space for movement and flow. An ayurvedic herb is applied to the skin which will help eliminate toxins from the blood and calm the nervous system. Assisted stretching along with breathwork will release tightness and tension in the body, improving flexibility & bringing a sense of calm & peace to the system.
